Services Provided

• Monthly subscription design services as outlined on our website.
• Flexible engagement—pause, upgrade, or cancel as per plan terms.
• All communication is async (except where stated for premium plans).

Payments & Billing

• Monthly subscription fees must be paid either upfront or in 8 days after monthly invoices sent.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers or direct bank transfers.
• No refunds for partial months, except in case of service failure.

Cancellations & Pauses

• You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
• Work delivered before cancellation remains accessible.

Intellectual Property

• You own full rights to all designs delivered under your subscription.
• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
